I came here with my boyfriend for a pizza, it was homemade and authentic which was really nice. We had the calamari for starter which was delicious and tasted so fresh. Food was great but was not happy with the service, was very slow and after we finished the main course we waited a good 10 mins for it to... More

My husband and I were taken her by our daughter as she lives not too far away and has always had good food here. I had a hummus and vegetable wrap with salad, husband had a chicken burger and daughter had a tri-colour salad (mozzarella, tomato and basil). The staff were really very busy with a large take-away order as... More

One of my favorite. I usually order chicken burger which I've never tasted something like it. It is really that good. I fell in love with their caramel cheesecake. The cook is really nice and friendly. When we came there first time, he recommended for us some dishes and we weren't disappointed.

Food was good and at reasonable prices. Eaten at other local places that are grossly overpriced for bad food. Refreshing to go somewhere you get good food without crazy price tag

One of my favourite places to eat in Brighton. The food, particularly the pasta, is consistently great, and there is a wide selection. The food is cheap and it's BYOB so it's great for a spontaneous meal. I always take guests from out of town here and it always goes down a storm.

Taken here by friends and now wonder why I've never been here before in the 11 years I've been living in Brighton and Hove. Hearty portions of lovely fresh Italian food at ridiculously cheap prices, friendly staff and BYO booze. What's not to like? Will be back with more friends who are Caffe Aldo virgins in the very near future

We first discovered Caffe Aldo whilst househunting in the North Laine. Since then it has become a regular. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is always fresh and tasty! Thanks for brightening the North Laine for us !

We popped in here today for breakfast, a treat to start my wife's birthday. A really nice little family run cafe. By daughter and I had the 'Full English', and it was good plateful, and nicely served. My wife had a really nice dish of poached egges on toast with mushrooms and asparagus. The eggs on all three dishes, poached,... More

A group of 6 of us went here recently and 5 of us enjoyed our dinner. They were accommodating for vegans and the rest of the food was nice but nothing special. Unfortunately one of my friends had a very disappointing runny pasta which they had to send back. The staff were apologetic and immediately replaced it. It is great... More
