We eat here regularly when shopping in Brighton. The staff are always welcoming and the food is always good value. There is a great choice to choose from - plenty of salads, poppadoms, onion bhaji's (better than any other restaurant) Naan and Taka Dahl to start, then tuck into a meat or chicken curry with a fabulous creamy coconut rice... Came to Brighton for the day from London , spotted this place , wish we haven't , food was terrible only 4 choices from the buffet and couldn't make us anything off the buffet menu , No chicken pakora , only potato pakora and onion badgies, with no sauce , AVOID this place.

We enyed a lovely meal, very small but friendly staff, cash only though, so if your thinking of paying with a card forget it. They were very keen to show us where the cash point was over the road lol.

It is really cheap but there is a reason for it! It is bad! I felt I waste both my time and the few pounds I paid for it was still too much for what you get! Just don't!

Looking for cheapish eats on a Saturday early evening, so though we'd give this "all you can eat" buffet place a try. Only three curries were on offer - a bland, watery chicken tikka masala, an OK-ish "meat" curry (beef), and a "vegetable curry" which looked like it had been made from tinned and frozen produce, and tasted awful. All... More

My boyfriend and I were dining there twice, both times on Saturday night. During their rush hour, the food is fresh, lovely fluffy rice, piping hot curries. I don't know what it would be like during quieter times, I'm guessing not as good. The first time we liked it very much, particularly chicken tandoori, which is lovely and flavoursome and... More

I know you get what you pay for in life but this is simply the worst curry I have EVER had in over 40 years of eating out. They advertise 20 + items but only three of these are main dishes. The rest are sides and chutneys, etc. All the food was luke warm and appeared to have been standing... More

After walking around the laines with my boyfriend for a few hours, we decided to find somewhere for dinner as it was getting late. Brighton itself spoils you for choice with a variety of restaurants, but we fancied Indian food and as we were visiting we stumbled across this place. At a first glance, from the outside it looked inviting,... More

Visited here for lunch while visiting Brighton, as from the outside it looked reasonable. While not expecting Michelin star food for the price paid, I at least expected edible spice induced food. The choice consisted of poppadoms ( these looked like the bits of poppadoms that are left on your plate in a normal restaurant that you don't bother eating)... More
