Looking for somewhere to eat at 9.15 on a friday night walked past and noticed that it looked busy so tried our luck. Glad we did. This matched anything I've had in Spain. They do warn that it can take a while between dishes and they are served in no particular order but that's how it should be. You order... More

Lovely food but really rushed. We were seated in the 'back room' which resembled a shed. We ordered bread and oil from the 'while you wait' section of the menu but everything came at once. Lovely food. Lovely wine. Shame the focus seems to be on turnover.

Oh, yes, yes, yes! My Spanish friends love this place, and so do I - especially fine selection of sherry, and more 'refined' than Casa don Carlos and (gulp!) Ole Ole ...

I live in the North Laine at weekends, so usually walk past this place on a Friday evening when it's busy, We decided to book a table to see what the fuss is all about, and were not disappointed. The food is fresh and delicious - the pigs cheek and venison were notable highlights, and the evening special (loin of... More

Booked and visited 7pm on a Friday night. Pleased we did as it was very busy. One waitress dealt admirably, but they were understaffed at the start of the evening and we waited 45 mins for first sight of our order. Improved slightly as the evening went on, but with a constant stream of customers it needed to. It's quite... More

This delivers it all for me. In the heart of the North Laine area of Brighton this wonderful little gem of a Tapas Restaurant is my favourite place to go out for supper in Brighton, The relaxed, snug atmosphere of little tables with just enough space for a generous jug of Sangria and an array of delicious dishes of tapas... Small tapas restaurant which serves a fantastic chorizo stew, all of the dishes are ample in size and very tasty. The beast white Rioja I have ever drank and very friendly staff. They have a couple of small tables on the street which is a busy street but your in Brighton and it's part of the charm. Lovely staff.

Bit of a mixed bag. Very good calamari and cheese, OK chorizo and patatas bravas but greasy pimentos de padron and slightly soft garbanzos. Friendly staff.

Went with friends for dinner. We had 8 tapas if I recall and shared a bottle of wine which was tasty. The food was served quickly and was tasty. Best of all was the price!! Amazing value The only downside is that you are packed in quite tightly as its a small place.
