We enjoy parking in Hove and walking along the prom into Brighton. This place is at the start of the interesting parts and has somehow got permission to have tables right next to the sea. My wife and I shared a bacon bap and a sausage and egg bap for a late breakfast and both were fine as were our... More

I stopped by at this cafe many times over the years and every time it is nice to see on the beach for cafe meal or drink looking at the sea front life going by.

this place is wonderfully placed on the seafront and bang in the centre of brighton meets hove, but has so missed the opportunity of have a fabulous sea front popular café. no special food, nothing to excite, drab exterior , plastic scattered chairs ,and seating area ... so needs a face lift and some pride and love

You won't get haute cuisine meals here, it's all deep fried or microwaved so expect fast food standards. However, the cakes are great and so is the coffee and the location is fantastic for gazing out to sea or people watching. Opens 365 days a year, even in pretty bad weather!

I knew some good people who once opened up a decent, healthy and simple food stall on the seafront and the fast food mafia got them kicked off. Food on Brighton and hove seafront falls into two categories: posh nosh for the wealthy or crap fast food for everyone else. Nothing inbetween. This is one of the latter in my... More

Went for a walk along seafront to Hove. Tried to get a takeaway coffee from the meeting place cafe hut but told minimum spend is £5. Went to another seafront cafe near by where I bought a coffee with no such difficulty.

Well, I thought I should have some fish-and-chips experience to add to my Brighton stay. Wish I hadn't done it here (or checked out some review beforehand). I should have cancelled the whole action already when I realized that the girls behind the counter were very unenthusiastic about having a customer and answering questions. Unluckily I had already paid when... More
