Ordered last night for delivery, food came cold and was absolutely disgusting, my partner has been up all night with food poisoning hasn’t stopped being sick! Absolutely disgusting food the curry my partner had was swimming in water but he was hungry so ate some!...My tikka dish was dry and inedible. Wouldn’t have even given the meat to my dog. How this restaurant is serving food to people I don’t know. Needs to be closed down!More

The Food was 45 Mins late and on arrival Luke warm. Tepid bland food, watered down and a disgrace to call this mess curry. Please think twice before ordering this tasteless , low quality mush. Disgraceful

We ordered at 6 30 pm and it arrived at 8 45 pm… we argued with the restaurant staff on the phone about what’s going on and was hung up on several times when I was just wanting clarity on the situation… we were told...20/30 minutes about 3 times… once I asked for a refund, suddenly the food was here in 30/40 minutes… the food was poor, liquid like curry and the poppadoms smelt like feet!!! we were also told we would get a free meal when we come back for the next time…. I don’t think there will be a next time… I’m relieved to say, that was the first and last experience I will ever have from Tikka. Never again. Don’t understand how a place like this is open for business! DO NOT RECOMMENDMore

Really bad meal, the rice was watery, the puree in the prawn on puree starter very stogy and undercooked, then left in the prawn sauce so it had soaked up all the oil. The vegetable curry also watery and had a Brussel sprout in it!!...Phoned the restaurant as the delivery time on uber eats was completely wrong, got a very sharp reply of "yeah yeah it's coming soon ok". Then when it did eventually arrive, the driver called me, I said i was coming down the stairs, then he called me again within 20 seconds saying where am I. He wasn't even at the right block of flats 😒 🙄More

Not only did the food arrive an hour and a half later than it should have done, the curry’s we revived were so watery you couldn’t drink them. On top of that the curry was cold. Worst takeaway experience ever.

Ordered several items tonight and was disappointed! Eaten here before and food was great, the curries were very watery, and neither of them looked or tasted as they should, especially the butter chicken! Tasted of coconut! Popadoms were stale! I thought we' give a new Indian takeaway a go due to some recent mistakes made to our order by our local. Oh my word, we were not disappointed. The depth of flavour was out of this world and, even just on a quick glance,...it was clear that this wasn't a bland curry hastily put together using a stock base gravy. We will definitely be back. We ordered from them from Uber eats. They had an offer on for spend £20 and get £10 discount. We ordered a couple mains and they arrived with in 35 mins. Food was really nice and will be ordering again. Thank you!

Do NOT order from this restaurant. We ordered via Deliveroo this evening and over an hour went by. We called the restaurant and manager said it was taking so long because the restaurant was so far away (it's a 10 minute drive). He said driver...was on her way. Another 20 minutes passed, no food. We called again and were told the driver had an accident on the way, and that the manager would cook our food again and be here in 10 minutes (?). We then received a call from the driver (from a landline number), complaining she couldn't find our flat. It is hard to find, but she kept talking over us when we were trying to explain how to find it. She was extremely rude and told us to meet her outside. She eventually put the phone down on us. We called back and cancelled our order. We ordered at 9.20 - it's now 11pm and we have no dinner. We're annoyed but literally laughing at how ridiculous this service has been. The manager even said he didn't want us to cancel because he didn't want to lose his job. Disgraceful service from start to finish.More
