Great bar staff in this delightful pub in the heart of the Lanes. Good range of beers and if you can wait the best Bloody Mary's that money can buy - 5 star hotels need to investigate how they are mixed!

We had booked a table for a hen party at lunch time. The bar staff could not have been more accommodating. The waiter took his time to explain the menu, and gave us his recommendations. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was fresh home cooked, fairly priced. We couldn't have asked for better. Would definitely go back and... More

A great traditional pub, with good beer and a friendly atmosphere. It was evening and we fancied a beer before dinner. Our son, who is 10 was with us, but they were very welcoming and we sat and played cards. I only wish we had eaten here now reading the other reviews, maybe next time!

Meeting up with a friend after 41 years as we were in Eastbourne for the weekend and spent the day in Brighton. She booked it as the recommendations were good. Good food, lovely waiter, service was slow but we were almost too busy talking to notice. Light and clean. Would recommend .... So long as your not in a hurry... More

We stopped in here for lunch. The staff were lovely, and the food was spot on. We opted for fish n chips and the burger. Generous portions, cooked fresh and served piping hot! If a pub lunch is your fancy, you can't go wrong here!

British pub food at its best. Traditional menus with tasty food. I enjoy pork sausages with mash and gravy. Totally delicious. Then an apple crumble for dessert. The food was very honest, genuine and perfectly balanced - pub food at its very best. The ambience of the pub is lively and friendly. A visit is highly recommend.

However popular the North Laine becomes, the heart of Brighton will always remain The Lanes themselves. There are plenty of pubs among the twisting narrow streets, but none is as well known as the Bath Arms, which enjoys a reputation among tourists and locals alike as THE pub of The Lanes.
