Non professional staff, one staff member constantly playing with her hair and another was frequently texting and checking her phone and neither one being attentive to the customers,{ Food very small portions bog standard and high prices. }.We will never visit again. The owners of the café should be there keeping their fingers on the button otherwise it will go... More

Came here for lunch on Sunday... lots of tempting things on the menu and sitting by the kitchen exit, every dish that came past us looked absolutely delicious and made our choices difficult! Big portions of hearty home cooked food- many of us had the Sunday roast and the beef was to die for and also a nice change to... More

Dog friendly and celiac friendly. Nice place, nice people. The burger was average though. Good location and tasty milkshakes!

We returned here having visted on previous trips to Swanage, however on this occasion we felt unwelcome as soon as we arrived as we had ordered drinks only and no food. The staff were not particularly friendly, we ordered a teacake which was served without a knife and when we asked for one we were abruptly told 'it was coming'!!... More

We went as a family with my parents for lunch. The place was busy, but the service was still good. We really enjoyed the meal. All of us plumped for the chicken and bacon salad from the specials board as we had seen other people's come out of the kitchen and they looked delicious! Really enjoyed it, and other meals... More

We popped in for lunch as we were looking for a quick lunch with gluten free options, and we saw jacket potatoes on the sign outside. We were seated very quickly even though it was very busy. A highchair was quickly found for my neice. The waitress was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free (for example the chips are... More

I went here with friends for lunch initially very pleased with the food, speed of service and the decor - sadly the staff were a bit brusque- clearly it was busy but a bit of a shame. The food was nice but not as ncie as i had hoped for.

Walked into this restaurant purely by chance. Seated as we walked in, served quickly, food arrived quickly, even though restaurant was busy. Portions were generous, food well presented and hot. Although we only had one course and a drink, prices were reasonable
