Nice friendly staff and nice atmosphere, there are some cakes to choose from and some hot food. I would recommend that you come and see for your self as I like it here .

Despite the competition from the free coffee offered by Waitrose right outside their backdoor and several new coffee venues including a national chain, Olivers is holding its own. Good service, atmosphere and coffee and cakes makes the difference!

Great for a light lunch or coffee and cake anytime! Good food, good service and lovely cosy atmosphere. Nice to support an independent trader on Sherborne's main street. Plenty of parking nearby.

This is an excellent place to have lunch and a chat in the heart of Sherborne. Staff are always attentive and service is speedy. Portion sizes are very generous indeed. Well done!

Great place for coffee, cakes and a light lunch. Nice and quirky and really amazing service from a lovely girl called Daisy. Very pleasant, smiley and helpful.

A staple of Sherborne high street and understandably so, given its at the entrance to the cut through to Waitrose car park. Whether a coffee and piece of cake or a lunch it's worth trying. My tuna mayonnaise salad, an unusual choice for me, as...More

We stopped here for a break during a long walk. The service was welcoming and friendly, the cakes were home-made and delicious, the seating quirky and fun, the price reasonable ... all in all, a very pleasant experience!

Thank you so much for your review and I'm so glad you enjoyed our food. Lots of people come here to enjoy the papers with their coffee or lunch so can only apologise if you didn't like this aspect of our service.

After a long drive to Dorset, the lunch we had at Olivers was perfect. We had various sandwiches, which were filled generously and served with crisps and salad. We liked this quaint little place so much we returned the same day with other family members...More

Enjoyed a good snack lunch here recently, but we did have to queue up quite a long time to be served, which was a shame, as we were short of time, as it was in our work lunch-break! Food is very fresh and is served...More

Thank you for your review. It can get extremely busy in here at lunch time, especially during the school holidays but you're always welcome to call ahead and order so that we can have your food ready when you come in.
