We had 18 people booked in for a surprise Birthday Sunday lunch, which I had popped around the day before with decorations and a Birthday cake. We arrived to a decorated long table in the restaurant area already for when people people arrived at the bar for drinks and then to sit down. We all ordered our meals, most chose... More

Went here for dinner last night. Service was excellent, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Chef asked if our meals were OK which was a lovely touch in a pub atmosphere. Went on their curry night. Two in our party had a different curry each and said they were absolutely delicious. I had their beef burger, also delicious and... More

The accommodation is lovely - more like a small modern bungalow. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. I had a lovely bath after a 26 mile bike ride which I really appreciated. There is a... More

I have driven past here many times but decided to go in for lunch after a long walk locally. The first comment that has to be made was the lovely warm and friendly greeting. Genuine smiles. The pub had a lovely feel and it was obvious that there were a number of regulars there, which is always a good sign.... More

Visited the Brewers Arms with my family, we all had the Sunday roast which was really delicious. Lamb was really succulent and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. So much nicer than queuing for a re heated carvery. The staff very really friendly and attentive, looking forward to returning.

We stayed for two nights. What a find! Comfortable large room, fantastic food, Ben and Leanne, who run the pub, could not have been more welcoming and couldn't do enough to make our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Shaun and Madhu Greet.
