Having just arrived in Totnes after a long drive from the Midlands, I was pleased to come across this tea room/cafe. Their homemade cakes were divine and a good selection of teas and coffees to choose from too.

Probably the place we visit the most around home turf. Got a soft spot for their breakfasts, cooffee and tea. Competition is stiffening though folks! You been to the Almond Thief recently.

It's OK, but it's one of those thankfully rare places that seems to think you're lucky to be there; you're tolerated and they eventually get round to you. Good bacon, though.More

Hi, thank you taking the time to write a comment. I do know that we have had a bit of a wobble at the weekend, I do apologise that you were not greeted and had the service you had expected. I am not sure what...More

Thick cut bacon sandwich, proper loose leaf tea. £1 extra to add cheese and really generous on the portions. Would really recommend for lunch.

I've always gone to Tangerine Tree for something a little different. Inspired meals from all over the world... and tea, coffee and cake with local ingredients and lots for people with dietary needs like gluten or dairy free. Lovely place.

This is a pleasant restaurant to breakfast in and spend time with papers or even do some work upstairs at your table. The food and coffee are good. They serve excellent toast but don't quite understand how to make scrambled egg (microwaved?).More

We make sure we get there in time for the breakfast I.e before 11.30am. The entire team are committed to making the visit happy. They work together, like a well oiled machine, within the challenging space. The menu is updated from time to time, but...More

Comfortable, cosy, great music, good food and friendly staff it has become my favourite cafe to eat in. Food is delicious and there is a gently and easy going friendly atmosphere.

Much needed cup of tea stop on a day trip to Totnes with friends. Tea was lovely, loose leaf earl grey and the homemade cake was nice too. Reasonably priced and the place is clean. Young staff that were very friendly and helpful.
