Went here as a couple on NYE. Lovely food but awful service. Very poor. Had to get up and go to the bar on several occasions to order drinks or extra food and no waiter came to our table and when they did they were rather rude. Made me feel quite uncomfortable and ruined the atmosphere. Despite the lovely food... More

Only Indian restaurant I have ever eaten in that do not provide hot plate to keep food hot during dining. We had chicken Tikka and sheek kebab starter which was good but only warm. Then had chicken dopiaza and chicken korma and pilau rice plus peshwari nan. As mentioned food was put on table but not on hot plate which... More

I've been here a few times now over the last few years (I visit Torquay occasionally for work). Absolutely the best Indian restaurant I've ever been to. And I've eaten a lot of Indian, all over the country. Very highly recommended.

Took my parents here for their first ever Indian so wanted good food without too mush heat. These guys came up trumps. The food was excellent, well cooked, plentiful and a good price.

Went in early doors so was very quiet but the service was fine and the decor is nice. Had lamb tikka starter which was good and chicken vindaloo to follow. The rice was a bit sticky but ok. Vindaloo was excellent but the plate and the serving bowl were both stone cold so the curry went cold quickly. Good restaurant... More
