First visit and hopefully not the last. The bbq aubergine was scrumptious as was the sticky toffee pud. The set lunch looked good value, imagine it would be nice in the evening too as the venue itself is very nice.

Delicious dishes, quality of food is consistently good, able to accommodate gluten intolerance. Lovely interior. Air con can be a little noisy when restaurant is busy.

Arriving on a Friday night without a reservation the staff bent over backwards to get us a table. No mean feat for 8 of us. Food was great, as was the service. Thoroughly recommended, but I’d recommend booking they can’t do the magic every night.

After some years we returned to this place. All aspects have improved and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Non pretentious and relying on the skills of the chefs to do the talking. Well worth a visit.

We have been coming here since 2009 when our daughter moved to Plymouth. Always a treat to be here and sample the menu.
