Family meal of fresh fish and bonus was that in the meal price you could eat as many chips as you wanted...just asked for more and they appeared. Staff very friendly and polite...knew their stuff. Children's menu available too.

My husband and I took my mum out for dinner here on Sunday. She had the beef roast dinner which she really enjoyed and my husband and I had the burgers. The portion sizes are ample and the food really is delicious. Highly recommend.

My partner and I quite often visit rock salt as the food is incredible and we have never had a bad experience. This time we thought we would try something different and go for the taster menu! Well.. Every course was absolutely amazing! I had the vegetarian and my partner had the regular taster menu. The food has so many... More

We came here as part of a press trip from London, and have only been in Plymouth three hours, but I'll be surprised if we have a better meal. Like others on here, we were a bit surprised to walk through an industrial park to get to the restaurant, but it's a cosy oasis among the concrete. And the food...... More

Stopped off for coffee and cake, had heard good things of this tucked away gem. Gluten free cake - if required - was very tasty. Great decor, swift service from welcoming staff who were keen to explain their food. Lovely and varied menu, from breakfast to dinner, will definitely be back to try meals. Loved the use of vintage china... More

Recommendations from Tripadvisor lead me to book this restaurant. Impressions from the outside was that it was on a bit of an industrial site however how wrong can you be! We had an amazing meal. We chose a 7 course taster meal. Every course was amazing. Inside it was cosy and very well put together. Brilliant.

Me and my mum had the roast beed and it was the best Sunday Lunch I have had. Everything was cooked to perfection and the way the... More

We have visited this superb Cafe / restaurant numerous times now. This converted pub off Union Street is a surprising foodie location but a lovely venue with a good atmosphere welcoming staff and great food without any pretentiousness. Strikes a great balance ...... A REALLY superb all day breakfast ..... but ALSO great culinary delights and themed food evenings. Recommended!... More
