We were somewhat disappointed with our lunch, very noisy & cramped. Beer was OK but food service slow & pretty average, not the greatest atmosphere either.

Wetherspoons pub on the Barbican, so busy and popular. Our group visits there 6 or 7 times a year. EVERY SINGLE TIME, without fail, they run out of menu items and/or beers. By the end of the night, you're lucky if there's more than 2 beers left on the handpumps. Why is it so difficult for a national chain to... More

We went here on our Holiday in Plymouth. What can I say....if you know one Wetherspoon, you know them all. There is not much Atmosphere, much too loud, but the meals very quite good, For People who like GastroPubs it is ok

This is a traditional Wetherspoons pub, set just off Southside Street on Plymouth's famous Barbican region. you won't get too many local/regional ales here, but typical Wetherspoons fair. They serve food here, though I have never eaten here., but it's a good point of call if your on a night out in the area, with plenty of outside seating in... More

I dined here on Monday 6th February at 5pm. I ordered the Triple Chicken Feast. It was dreadful. The chicken steak was like shoe leather - tough and dry. The chicken wings were burnt and the chicken strips were dry. The chips were terrible, I strongly suspected that they had been precooked hours beforehand and flash fried just before serving... More

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday and service was super quick as it was quiet and the cooked breakfast tasted good but it was only just warm enough when it arrived so it was too cold to want to finish after a few minutes.

Went here today while at the Barbican, and the service received at the bar by the young lady was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her snd she evem remembered to advise me about the free coffee refills until 2pm. The name on the receipt is Deb. The food was of the same standard, the new chicken dish and... More

Service was fair but the food was cold, we ordered x4 Ham Egg & Chips but the fried eggs were all cold. We were in a hurry as going to the Barbican Theatre with children so no time to deal with it while there but wouldn't be rushing back
