Popped into the Tudor rose tea rooms for a scone and a cuppa.A lovely tea room which is easy to miss as it is up a side road. Food was lovely and it was spotlessly clean.Definitely will pop in again ! Gorgeous cakes too.

Lovely tea room with a really charming waitress, great service. Loved the cute decoration. I enjoyed the traditional devon cream tea although it was not the best I've had.

We went to the Tudor Rose Tea room for lunch as we been before. i was quite surprised that the staff remembered us from 16 months ago. The rooms were very well presented and felt like you were dining back in the Tudor times. we took my friends mum and dad as they hadn't been before and they really enjoyed... More

Our initial disappointment, that Sylvia (the proprietor) had a day off to celebrate her birthday, was soon dispelled. The service was as attentive as usual. My wife chose the fish and chips (presented the Tudor Rose way) and I had the gammon and chips. Both dishes were delicious and could not have been bettered by the pretentious establishments that would... More

Had a very enjoyable lunch - especially the crab rolls, service good, would have preferred to go outside, but not every table had an umbrella.

Situated within the quaint back streets of the Barbican, the Tudor Rose delivers a high standard of delicious English foods. Including Cream Teas, a full English Breakfast and much much more. Reasonably priced and friendly staff, makes the Tudor Rose a nice place for a light lunch or breakfast. I would definitely return for a Cream Tea and there coffee.

Called into this quaint little tea room on the historic + world famous plymouth Barbican for brunch with my husband after shopping in the city centre A short walk up the cobbled streets to the tea room just behind the main southside street. Greeted by friendly young lady waitress and served with a full English breakfast with pot of tea.... More
