Admittedly we went in between Xmas and New Year but after a fairly tiring walk it would have been nice to have had more choice and better facilities. The food choice was extremely limited so just had a coffee. It was raining outside and as...More

We enjoyed a delicious cake and coffee at the tea rooms sitting outside with a view of the river rushing past and were delighted by all the birds many of which hopped onto our table to enjoy some crumbs. What a privilige.

We weer doing the watersmeet circular walk and stopped here for tea and cake. The service was brilliant , and the tea good and strong.

This is a great location and they serve excellent food and snacks. We stopped here mid way on one of our weekend walks and it was lovely to sit outside and relax with the noise of the running rivers and waterfalls. Lovely!

I enjoyed a gorgeous cream tea here with my partner and two friends, surrounded by beautiful scenery and in the company of several birds. Certainly worth visiting if you fancy a walk and a bit to eat.

Average review due to very expensive tea room prices, and the garden area being roped off and not accessible. Nice pretty views but tea room rip off prices took the shine off

This is a regular stop-off for us whenever we walk down from Brandon. The scones were large and tasty. The jam and cream were lovely. Just a shame it was raining and the garden was closed.

Don't normally do National Trust Cafe, but really glad we did this one. A unique setting not matched by any other cafe we've been to. Outside seating overlooking two rivers, hence the name, where wild birds are tame enough to come and feed from your...More
