One of my favourite places to eat in Exeter. Consistently brilliant, independant restaurant, that serves traditional home cooked Turkish grub with a smile. Have eaten here loads, the food and service are always excellent and the owners are lovely.

Indeed, home cooked food. As if they're cooking for themselves. We had a great time with my friends (1 of them is Turkish so she kindly helped us to choose the meals).

Great home cooked food with a real family food. I came here with my mother and we both enjoyed it thorough. I strongly advise the pastitsio, takes me straight back to my grandma's cooking!

Hearty and wholesome. Another post-conference dinner with six people who had been sitting in academic talks all day and were ravenously hungry. Because of the conference, the Dinosaur Cafe was quite crowded, and it was a Friday night, which likely compounded the activity. Nevertheless, we landed a large table without a wait. Our orders covered a wide spectrum -- the... More

Staff are very friendly and helpful, kind and thoughtful. The informal setting is relaxing and the food is amazing...the best you could hope for and an ample selection on the menu. Very reasonable prices. Turkish tea is the best. Ideally located close to the train station and city centre, and it gets busy with locals and business people who hear... More

This is a wonderful little restaurant and the highlight is the Turkish salads served at lunchtime. Delicious! Other options are available (including both Turkish dishes and standard burger variations etc). Service is always warm and friendly and children/babies are very welcome. A popular venue so turn up early to ensure you have a table!

The service was really good in this cafe. The women accommodated us just before closing for the evening and helped us to make choices to enable an efficient service. We enjoyed the variety of Turkish food that we got to try. Thank you, much appreciated.

Simple Turkish cafe run by a delightful Turkish family. We ordered hummus and pitta together with felafels as a starter, moist not overcooked felafels and zingy hummus, scrumptious! For main course we ordered the house salad which is a large spoonful of each mezze salad they offer (I could have licked the plate clean it was that good), a lovely... More

It's a small famuky restaurant with delicious selection of halal Turkish food. It is close to the centre and next to a nice park. Not a fancy restaurant.
