Another excellent Sunday lunch at the Manor. Very welcoming greeting on arrival. Drinks service to the table. Roast was delicious - plenty of vegetables and "thick" cut meat and plenty of it. The puddings were absolutely lovely. Everyone had a great meal in a great atmosphere. Thank you.

We have been twice to the Manor Inn. The first time we had booked a table last minute and they squeezed us into the bar area, which was kind of them but felt a little hectic when the place got busier. Our meal was very good. The second time we were put in the newer extension at the back where... More

It is always a pleasure to eat at The Manor Inn as Mick and Jan are friendly, welcoming and attentive. Tonight was no exception as we were greeted like old friends. The Manor has a wonderful atmosphere and is well worth the drive along the River Teign to reach it. I recommend the slow roasted, spiced belly pork and poached... More

A group of us have had Sunday lunch here several times and not one of us has ever had a bad word to say either about the food or service. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel very welcom. The food is excellent, well cooked and presented with a generous portion of both meat... More

The Manor Inn is easy to find and is in a lovely setting. It is clean and tidy inside. We were in the restaurant area. Though small you aren't all sat on top of each other. We received a warm welcome and were attended too right away. My father couldn't decide which real ale to have and they were really... More

I ate here with 2 friends last night and we only had a main course each but it was delicious. I had belly of pork with black pudding mash and vegetables. I'd never had black pudding mash before but it was really nice and the vegetables were all cooked to perfection. The owners were attentive and even though it was... More

Usually much better when we have been at lunch time. Cold fish (meant to be hot!) and was returned reheated through and was very bland. Childrens chicken dippers were also very dry. However rest food tasty. Venison was lovely as was the jail ale pie. Enough of a not great experience to have a pause in going back...

My wife and I along with a daughter, a son-in-law and granddaughter had a superb lunch at the Manor. With warm sunny weather, we decided to eat outside in the beer garden. The staff brought our meals out to us and were very pleasant and accommodating. The main meal was delicious which prompted us to go for sweets and coffees.... More
