Popped in for lunch - enjoyed it so much we had to go back later in the day for a delicious crepe. Fabulous food and superb service, love it.

Thank you for your lovely review. We seem to get many people who either come back on the same day or several times during their holiday. It is very rewarding for us and also nice to know that our customers enjoy what we do. More

My partner and I (plus the dog!) called in to Pels on Monday for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime. We sat outside enjoying the sunshine and the view, we both had the tuna melt Panini which was very good. The place was immaculately clean, furthermore to top this, the gentleman who served us, who we guess was the... More

Right on the seafront with wonderful views this place offers well priced cafe style food that is of very high quality. Highly recommended if you are in town.

Disappointing, the crepes were stodgy and the lemon juice wasn't from fresh lemons and tasted slightly tinny

Thank you for your review. We have a great name in St Ives for producing some of the best crepes in the town, selling literally thousands every year and I am very sorry that you were disappointed with yours. I have checked with my staff and I don't believe you spoke to anyone on the day, which is a great... More

My husband and I had passed Pels earlier on in the morning as we walked around the harbour. It seemed a popular little place so we decided to return here at lunchtime. It was quite small inside but we managed to get a table. We chose the traditional Cornish pasty and were not disappointed - they were piping hot and... More

Thank you for your kind review. As with the vast majority of our products, the pasties are sourced from a local supplier (Penzance in this case) - glad you enjoyed them! More

My wife and I were visiting St Ives for the day and came across Pels on the sea front. The range of food on offer and the quality looked great (we saw some food come out to other customers) so we decided to stop to eat. We were greeted warmly by the young lady at the counter, who took our... More

We only needed a quick snack but a truly underwhelming experience! it was empty save one customer + dog and 2 men perching out side. Firstly the counter is too high so you have to peer across to speak to the server, the girl didn`t make eye contact and was obviously struggling with the till and our straight-forward order -... On our once or twice a year trips to St Ives, Pels has become a bit of a staple for breakfast. The crepes are amazing! Strawberry and chocolate is our favourite. The coffee is also good. The staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. You can also purchase lovely cakes, scones and puddings, as well as pizzas,... More

Tiny cafe but great food and nice service. We had the homemade pizzas which were delicious and then returned for freshly made crepes. Very reasonable prices and loads of choice

As a family we love this place. I've always adored the food and the friendly service, sadly I am now unable to eat lots of my favourites due to food intolerances (GF & Egg) but they do offer a GF menu. The crepes are not to be missed!
