Dropped in to savour the local produce! Service was very friendly and efficient, the pasties were tasty and fresh! Would eat from here again!

I popped in for lunch today at around 12 o'clock, I was looking at all the tasty looking sandwiches, pasties and cakes. After a couple of minutes I decided to go for the crab sandwich and I must say it was the best sandwich I have had in my life, with great bread and the freshest tasting crab. The coffee... More

The Yellow Canary cafe has always been our favourite place to stop for a very tasty lunch and coffee. However, things seemed to have changed a bit from last year. The staff are still very pleasant and my husband says the coffee is still excellent as is the hot chocolate but the sandwiches and cakes have changed. The cakes, instead... More

Visited daily on each of last 3 visits to St Ives. Always friendly. Good coffee and some great pastries including delicious natas. Will always come back.

We popped in today for a drink the 5 of us. Took forever to be served when nobody else was waiting. 3 staff on but only 1 finally decided to serve us. Not 1 member of staff smiled or welcomed us and it just had no atmosphere at all. Seemed to be an effort to serve us. Even when we... More

Gorgeous cakes and very reasonably priced. Lots of choice and friendly staff. We didn't eat in but you could.

We stopped here on Sunday. The staff were very nice. The food and drink was good .but I found it very overpriced.

I am really just reviewing the coffee - sorry. It was disappointing. In previous visits to St Ives this was my favourite coffee place but something has gone wrong. Have been twice this trip and now given up. If you want a nice coffee go to Pastry Presto about 20 seconds away.

Sandwiches are nice and the egg custard tarts are the best. The pasty wasn't the best I had in St. Ives but was still OK. Not particularly cheap but nowhere is really around this area, and the food is good.
