You've got to have a burger at Blas if you're at St Ives. They are the best. No fuss, relaxed environment, fantastic food.

Love this place! We've returned countless times and it's always amazing. You need to get there early, they open after 5pm, to either get your name down for a specific time or have an early dinner. If you try a walk in later you could be waiting hours! Everything is locally sourced and ethical, staff are friendly and helpful and... More

We have visited Blas a number of times and although the burgers are good the atmosphere is often somewhat chaotic. The dining area is very small and crowded. Tables are shared and there is little space for staff to walk between them. There have been mistakes with our orders on a few occasions (e.g. Items forgotten) and they can run... More

Fantastic burgers, menu offers a great choice & really unique interiors! The Halloumi Stack burger was incredible - huge portions so great value for money! You can't book, but it was completely worth the wait for a table to become available. Couldn't recommenced more highly.

The place has a certain charm "shabby chic " I think they call it . You cannot book a table but you can go on a wait list, same thing I think? Anyway to the food, burger was fine. My wife who's a veggie, I know veggies in a burger restaurant, anyway she had the bean burger as the place... More

Had our normal annual visit to Blas last night, we can't resist the place. Seems to have changed a bit from last year. The take away side was very busy, this might be why we had a longer than normal wait for our food. But no worries we are on holiday. Food and service was excellent as always. Hopefully we... More

Ate in last evening with our two children, age 7 and 8. The service was warm and friendly, though quite a wait for our food to arrive. The truffle Burger, with spinach, wild mushrooms and Cornish Blue cheese was simply divine! The interior is rustic and you sit on communal benches shared with other diners, which I embraced and enjoyed... More

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, fantastic burgers, wonderful chips and dreamy brownies. First rate experience time and time again; just be prepared to wait to get in- it's worth it!

We had some veggie burgers as part of our order and they were not great - soggy patties, more like. For £11, I would expect a better burger and more chips. The drinks were also overpriced. The homemade lemonade was really sour too. A very disappointing meal.

We came here for an early dinner before the family invasion and had a great time. While the interiors could do with a refurb, the service is helpful and the food is very tasty indeed. This was our last meal in St Ives and it was a great way to go out. Not to be missed for burger enthusiasts.
