I only ever stopped here for drinks (I meant to have dinner but ran out of time!). It's a beautiful little restaurant, and if you can get an outside seat it's great for people watching. Very quaint and charming with a good menu.
We only popped in for a cuppa and a light bite. All the staff were happy, brilliant greeters and most courteous with great recommendations - like their lemon drizzle cake!

Wow what a find. Great ambience, terrific service and the food was outstanding. We had 2 fish courses which were very fresh and delicious followed by a shared lemon posset which was the best I have ever tasted.

We enjoyed lunch here on a bust rainy day. I ordered the cod. It was tasty. My husband had the Crab salad. The portions were small and I left quite hungry. The lunch menu was quite limited.
The service was friendly and good.
