If you want a meal that is fresh, home made, good quality, LARGE and served with a friendly smile, this ticks all the boxes. Linda recognised me as a returning customer, which I found surprising as I have not visited Polperro in the last 4 years - excellent memory! In our 7 day trip we visited 3 times, because after... Excellent service from friendly staff, even sorting a table for us inside because it was raining outside and we had our two dogs with us. Four Sunday lunches were ordered and were with us promptly even though restaurant was busy. Food was excellent. The crackling was spot on. The dogs enjoyed their biscuits too.

Fantastic customer service with attention to detail for coeliacs. My son is both gluten and dairy intolerant, and nothing was too much trouble after trawling Looe to find him something to eat, the Polmary had a choice!

It was my wife's idea to have a break in this place. And she had a good idea. I loved the place and I enjoyed the whole meal. Cod and chips was amazing and products were really fresh. Stuff was nice and spoiled us. Truly nice!!

We tried here our very first cream tea. It was really good, even bettwr than I was expecting. The lady was lovely and very kind. The price was really affordable. Pop in if you're around.

Food was okay but not great - not good on flavour or variety. Friendly enough staff but place needs a big of a makeover

Wandered past this little restaurant and had a browse at the food menu - we were all very hungry so took a gamble. The lady who greeted us and also took our orders was incredibly cheerful and had knowledge of what would be an ideal meal. We ordered fish and chips (huge fish) Cornish pasty and chips (huge pasty) prawn... More
