Friendly staff, great roasts

We came for a roast, the food was yummy and the staff were so welcoming, we cant remember their names but we know they were mother and daughter, but the best part was they allowed our dog to come in too, we were so pleased with the service and food that we will go back every year :)

All hot food is cooked to order and is wonderful. It says something about an eating establishment when so many locals eat there. Sunday lunches are an experience, with excellent food expertly cooked and a very friendly and jovial atmosphere. Lynda, the front of house manager, strives to make your visit enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons. Nothing... More

We enjoyed a nice cream tea at this dog friendly restaurant. Staff were friendly and genuine and our dog enjoyed the biscuits the waitress gave him. Menu reasonably priced as well!

We went to the Polmary restaurant last year whilst on holiday in Cornwall & decided to go again this year. It was much busier this year & we had to wait a while for our order but the staff where very friendly & the food was worth the wait.

I ask only 2 questions. 1. When the waitress asked you "was everything alright with your meal" you did not raise any issues. ? 2. Why did you eat it all ? More

we had a lovely lunch there with our 3 kids. The older ones had scampi and fries from the kids menu (good sized portions with green vegs), I had a sea food bake with cheese, the baby had his home made food which was very kindly heated by the lovely lady who served us and she even gave us a... Me and my family have been coming here for years now and I always order the fish pie because it's the best I've ever eaten! A big appetite is a must as the portions are huge but it's worth every mouthful. The staff are so friendly and it's a nice relaxed atmosphere. Always nice to walk down to the harbour... More

We have just come back from a weeks holiday to Polperro. We popped into The Polmary and had such a lovely meal that we returned a few days later. Linda, who served us absolutely made the evening. She is professional and friendly and brought a smile to our faces. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was amazing.... More

We stopped off after a recommendation from our B&B and we had a good simple meal. Service was excellent, and I took on the dynamite chilli. It was hot - not for the faint hearted.
