Drecklys is great for a pasty, panini, jacket potato and a cold drink, and the food was nicely prepared and good value. But... what a shocking place to sit on the pavement and eat lunch! Ongoing roadworks meant that traffic crawled by, and the fumes were hideous. Also, the public loos next to the harbour car park were disgusting beyond... More

Very nice lunch, not too expensive. Ample size portions and nice cappuccino. Service good and staff friendly.

What this place lacks in location- by the main through road, makes up for with great coffee, and you can watch people come and go and which is always entertaining. Cake was good, tea cake was freshly toasted and the staff were attentive and efficient.

My daughter and I were wandering around Penzance and fancied a Cornish cream tea and came across Drecklys along the wharfe, just a few minutes walk from the station and bus station. The staff were very friendly and offered us a choice of scones and said they would bring it out to us as we wanted to sit outside and... More

Dog friendly establishment close to the rail station. The fayre was varied with good portion size, except the size of cups offered for the Latte. Forget the tall glass they only use the standard cups, small and medium sizes. Dogs limited to downstairs only. Staff seemed friendly enough. My Panini was tasty and a good size. Road outside is busy... More

Popped in for a snack to eat. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food fresh and local. Nice place to have a snack while shopping.

A very pleasant place, welcoming staff, good service. It was lovely to sit, enjoying the sun, and blue sky, during a time of year when we have had little of either. It was a lovely end to a good brisk walk along the prom to Newlyn and back. The tea was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the teapot is designed in such... More

We stopped here for a cuppa after a walk round Penzance and were not disappointed. We succumbed to a cream tea and sat outside in the sun watching the world go by. The tea is real tea, no t-bags and the coffee was good to, just relax and enjoy.
