Been here as regulars in the past until it went through a change of ownership. Decided to try again as our usual favourite Indian was closed for holidays. Oh dear, regret it. Only ones on arrival in spite of booking. Waiter looked like he'd been told deportation was imminent. Sullen. My shamee kebab was a salty version of a supermarket... More

I went with my husband for dinner and chose the special lamb bhuna with pilau rice and naan bread. The bhuna was the best I've had anywhere and I would order this again as it was so delicious. My husband enjoyed his meal too - winner all round!

Visited here one night while on holiday. Service was good. Ordered a lamb bhuna to share, and the curry was excellent. Price was reasonable.

Brilliant service, great food, some of which I have never seen on a menu before and even better it has not got an alcohol licence but has a Cost Cutter opposite so you can buy your own booze which makes this a cheap night out!

Really nice food, my boyfriend and I tried a new dish that I'd not heard of but recommended by waiter - chicken som som, it was delicious! They had all the usual curries but others too. Was perhaps more expensive than other indians I've had but good portion size and the food tasted of good quality and the service was... More

All dishes were excellent and portion sizes were just right. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. No alcoholic drinks were served in the restaurant and we were told to go over the road and buy it and bring it in which was a bit weird and the cokes we also ordered were flat which was a bit disappointing... I love locally and eat from little india often. This past week I have had two takeaways. At the moment we as a town are at our busiest, so naturally I wouldn't expect the same efficient service as out of season, but boy was I wrong! The food is still just as amazing as quieter times, and although the collection... More

Decided to use Little India for a takeaway meal. Very quick service and meal still hot when we returned home. Food was good quality but found the Dhansak a little too spicy. Good value for money and worth a try.
