Smashing grub, all fresh made. On a Saturday if you want a table for Lunch ring and BOOK. Have known the Honeypot from my childhood when it was a sweet shop, with sweets in little dishes on the counter and the Misses 'Honey' also sold doll's house furniture!

This is such a cute, cosy place: warm and friendly with a great selection of cakes. We shared a spicy lamb with hummus and a piece of carrot cake with peppermint tea... Delicious. Clearly the go to place for locals on cold days - but perfect too on this bright hot day

I've been here 3 times and the only negative thing I can say is the tap water is a bit warm. The food is gorgeous, salads have a yummy dressing , and there is always a good choice on the blackboard. Pretty little cafe with really friendly staff, even when it's busy. Quaint loo that allows you to see behind... More

I ate here a couple of times. The main courses are imaginative and modern while the cakes are flat-out gorgeous. The staff are thoughtful and cheery, and the whole experience was superior to pretty much every cafe I've known.

Such a charming little place! Very cosy, but it can be quite busy....although the amazing tea and tasty cakes will definitely make up for it.

If you care to venture down Chapel Lane, and take the first turning on the right into Parade Street (passed the strange furniture shop with the big dog who sits outside the shop) you will find a charming little cafe on the left. Like so many cafes in Penzance, the 'shabby chic' theme pervades the decor which goes well with... More

So sorry to have to write this really, place and food looks amazing. But.. by one staff member, you are certainly treated in a rather cold, short and unfriendly way. More than once I visited the cafe and came away feeling unwelcome and a little sad. I hope it was just a "one off" and will try again. (I'm am... More

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about this, but I can only guess..... Please email me on my personal email on kath.e.hawkins@fsmail.net so that I can address this issue more effectively. I had one girl recently covering someone's holiday, and another who is often slack and moody, but its hard to deal with unless I know more. It's true to say... More

I love this place. Friendly with terrific comforting food, whether it's for breakfast, lunch or tea. They close at 7pm, Their cream teas are scrumptious. I sense that The Honeypot is the hub of the community, and it deserves to be.

Having read the reviews below, I'm sure we must have come on an 'off' day, but we were left alittle disappointed with our experience at The Honey Pot. We'd gone out of our way to find the cafe, after reading reviews, and finally found it after much searching in the rain! We were glad to be out of the bad... More
