We was recommended this restaurant by our neighbours staying on the same campsite. It is set in the harbour in Newquay right on the seafront. We both had a great meal I had oysters and crab claws which were never ending. A great place for seafood lovers. Lobsters are stored live in tanks just outside the entrance, you can't get... More

Just finished lunch at the boat house on the harbour at Newquay! All the food was delightful and as fresh as can be... The tanks at the front of the restaurant are full of fresh lobster and crab you simply can't get fresher than that... Five stars (out of five incase you didn't guess)

We were referred to this restaurant by a nearby fully booked one - and we were not dussapointed. Very nice location and cool and relaxed ambience, I think it was the starters that impressed us the most. We had lobster tortellini and scallops which we shared among us. Excellent starters. The main courses were not bad but more average. I... More

Have always loved this place. Come at least twice on holiday every year for at least 7 years running, and have sent tons of friends over the years on recommendations. This time we came across the rudest person ever on our arrival. The waitress was lovely, the food not quite as good as before, but the guy who "greeted us"... More

We went to this amazing restaurant with friends whilst we were on holiday in Cornwall, because hubby is a seafood fanatic. This place is just perfect, lobster, scallops, mussels to die for, the most amazing breads, the most perfect wines, everything including the very happy smiley staff. The view over the harbour is lovely, see if you can get a... More

Great fresh fish but cooked with buckets of cream n butter!!!really a shame because as I said the fish is good. If you are from the Mediterranean area make sure you order mussels and crabs with no cream. Good service, maybe a bit slow or focus on a ' special table'.

We eat in the outside section of the restaurant overlooking the harbour. The waitress was welcoming and very helpful, especially in advising us about the size of the portions, which are huge. We shared a crab sandwich and salad, passing on the chips, so they gave us extra salad. Even so the bread was so thick that we eat it... More

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday although I have been here before over the past few summers. Every time I've been here I've never been disappointed. The views are amazing, the terrace is so quaint and the food is incredible. The staff went the extra mile, they are all so lovely and they work really really hard. It... More
