Stopped off here for coffee on the way to somewhere else and coffee turned into lunch. Food and service were good. There was a beautiful log fire burning and the atmosphere was very restful ( or was that the wine?). Too cold to go on the balcony but there was a beautiful view from the table by the window.

We've just returned from a short break at the Lewinnick and have to say it's first rate in every department. What a fantastic room, and what views! The staff are ALL extremely helpful. One of the best Hotels we've ever stayed in - no word of a lie!

We met some friends for lunch on their recommendation, the views are spectacular and I imagine the sun sets in the summer are fabulous. My friend and I ordered a chicken & bacon wrap.... And we're then advised that there was only 1 available...disappointing as this appeared to be a basic menu item to us. The wrap arrived far ahead... More

Needed somewhere to have a lunch in Newquay area - remembered visiting here some years ago and decided to drive out and see how it now looks? Due to poor mizzle conditions it was fairly quiet and we were lucky therefore to get a window table with a great view. The fire was lit and everything felt very welcoming and... More

Fabulous location but the food needs a shakeup. Even the 'flat bread' was very hard and even harder to cut - 7.00 for one small round - it said topped with avocado on the menu - it was diced so small you couldnt pick it up with a folk. Topped off with loads of greenary covered in a sour vinegarette... More

The Lewinnick is perched on a clifftop at the end of the Pentire Headland. Whether it’s Rainy or sunny the views are absolutely fantastic. The lodge is split inside into a bar and restaurant area with doors opening out onto a large outdoor decking area. The food choice is great. The view is absolutely stunning.

Came with some friends. Didn't think the service was great there was a fair amount of staff for that size restaurant and no one came to ask if we wanted more drinks after our meal we were sat there for ages. No one asked if we wanted coffees or anything else. Shame because the food was good.
