It's a typical river side touristy pub restaurant. Out of the way and popular with locals and those in the know. Price is priced for the holiday market (£11 for scampi and chips / £20 for rib eye) but the food IS lovely and good portion sizes and the location in the sun is what makes it. Lovely olde worldy... The pub itself and the location is just amazing; right on Restronguet with gorgeous views across the water. The food is equally amazing - fresh, tasty and scrumptious! We've never had a dud or indifferent meal there yet. Very child friendly (you can buy crabbing equipment from them) and dog friendly too.

We went to Pandora on our first evening on holiday and loved it so much we went back for two more visits and we were only in the area for a week! The food is excellent, the beers are very well kept, the staff are friendly and helpful and did I say the food was excellent? The atmosphere is lovely... More

The location of this beautiful old inn is stunning. Right beside an inlet with rising and falling tides. East facing so no sunset views and the sun goes behind the nearby high ground by about 8.30 (mid July). I think lunchtime would be the perfect time to visit, however this is when they are at their busiest so either book... More

We came here on a recommendation from a local. You would never stumble on it! My two lads spent about two hours crabbing (they sell all the stuff) and we finished with dinner on the pontoon outside. Great whale of a fish and chips for me, and very tasty. Happy all round with dinner. Very nice afternoon. Heartily recommend but... More

We sat out on the estuary, surrounded by swans, egrets and gulls. Would highly reccomend outside sitting. Food was great, although the wait was very long (we were compensated for this however), as the pub gets very busy. Dog friendly, always pleanty there.

Probably the beautiful setting will be what first attracts you to the Pandora inn.but it's worth taking the time to have something to eat. We met with other family members for a bar meal.we chose the locally caught Pollock which was excellent.service was friendly and the whole experience was great.

...has got to be the best way to visit this pub, although get there early for a mooring space and a table. The food has dramatically improved from my recollection from 2 years ago. Fish pie was really good (and I'm really fussy about my fish pies). Shame you have to sit outside for the views, as it look so... More
