The decor is fab, food is tasty (bit of shell in crab sandwich), soup nice, other sandwiches are good. Scones fresh. Teapot cocktails tasty, bit pricey. slow service lets it down and wait staff don't check back enough, we would have had at least another round if we had been asked more, sat with empty glasees for a long time(enough... Lovely place to go for a drink with a twist. Excellent choice of drinks. Atmosphere is chilled. Service was amazing.

Visited following a recommendation by a friend and was disappointed. Genuinely believe that the scones were undercooked and politely pointed this out. Got a gruff response from 'Dolly' saying 'so you don't like my scones!?!'. To be fair she agreed to remove the scones from the bill, but didn't have the courage to point out the tea cup was dirty... A unique and quirky little tea room tucked away above Falmouth Bookseller. Delicious lunches and handmade cakes during the day and cocktails in the evenings. We have not made it in the evenings yet, but usually stop by for lunch whenever we are in Falmouth. We are always made to feel very welcome by the owner, staff and dog. A... More

Having been here before we knew that we would get a nice cup of tea and good cakes. Sure enough we got our order and everything was fine. Neither of us is a dog lover but we don't object to others fascination with them. We did however feel that the dog belonging to the establishment would not cause us grief.... More

I was recommended this cafe/restaurant by friends & it more than lived up to expectations! A gorgeous setting - cute window boxes with flowers, old school jazx music and vintage furniture really set the scene. The gin menu is extensive & they have a good range of food for all times of the day. I had a cream tea, which... More

Dolly’s is a tea room and wine bar in the centre of Falmouth which opened in July 2011 in one of the most beautiful rooms in town. During the day it is a traditional tea room serving illy coffee, teapigs, cream teas and cakes. It then transforms in the evening to a candlelit wine bar serving delicious tapas, wine by the glass, jug and bottle. Cocktails are served in teapots and poured into vintage teacups with ice cubes in sugar bowls. Furnished with chapel chairs and reclaimed tables it has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. It is also dog friendly and Hebe, Dolly’s yellow Labrador, is a permanent fixture.
