Another fantastic meal here the 18th of Feb. The seafood platter again amazing. Hubby enjoyed the Espatada, we both tried Bilatong fantastic. Every thing we ordered was fantastic. The staff are amazing. We took home some lovely nibbles that we had never tried before and will buy again on our next vist. This restaurant is our favourite go try the... More

Have to agree with all the recent glowing reviews. Food, service, atmosphere, pace and general welcome and warmth of Amanzi were a joy to find. Great SA inspired fare. Lovely steak and triple fried chunky chips and perfect bottle of red to go with! Would recommend and revisit if and when back in this neck of the woods. A perfect... More

Mrs Vagabond and I got a walk in table fairly late on a Thursday and enjoyed the seafood platter. There was a choice of decent safa wine by the glass and I was offered a taste of each (accompanied by the owner's verbal tasting notes) before ordering a crisp sav Blanc style white. The sauce from the seafood was so... More

I have given several 5 star reviews to many restaurants in Falmouth, largely due to the fact that we are spoilt for choice in this town for good dining spots, but I wish I could give this place more stars. In reality it's more like 9 stars out of 5 it's really that good. The staff are super friendly and... More

We had a lovely evening celebrating St. Valentine's Day at Amanzi. The decor is beautifully done, which together with the music gives an authentic African atmosphere. The staff were well trained and very polite and friendly and the food was excellent. We had Fried Calamari Rings with a delicious dipping sauce, Vegetable Samosas with a yummy fruity salsa and then... More

I went to Amanzi with my boyfriend for a date night. The restaurant's decor is really nice with african music to match. Cozy ambiance. We ordered a seafood plater for two and the food was really good quality, fresh and tasty, we had a south african wine to go with the seafood, really good as well! I would recommend this... More

Friendly welcome. Had Piri Piri prawns and Espatada. The prawns were nice and spicy and the beef on the Espatada was beautifully bbq'd. Not cheap but worth every penny.

We have eaten here many times before, but never left a review ... not sure why!! Needless to say that because we have revisited many times, we do love this place. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. The food is one of a kind in Falmouth, being the only South African restaurant around. The food is very tasty, and... More

A surprise birthday meal with good friends. Thrilled to have been taken to Amanzi, the atmosphere is great, with Madiba looking on. Attentive service, superb food and will no doubt be back. A lovely evening.

We came here on our anniversary on the 3rd of January and had the seafood platter. The food was amazing as were the cocktails and service. We have highly recommended it since to all our friends!
