Enjoyed a lovely authentic Babotie. I may have spelt that wrong but very tasty. Nice original cocktail menu too. I will be visiting when I am back in Falmouth. The atmosphere decor and music are fab as are the staff who kindly wrapped up some food to take home to my hubby.

This was our second visit to this special restaurant and the occasion was my birthday party. We received again a very warm welcome and was made to feel special. We had the feast meal that I believe is only available on a Thursday and it was a joy. The quantity, the flavours were a delight and we couldn't fault any... More

Visited with my wife whilst on holiday Over-endulged in a large seafood platter. It was magnificent. Owners and staff were fantastic too. Well worth a visit. And for those with backgrounds in East and South Africa they have some very nice surprises, including of the liquid variety.

Lovely food cooked very nicely. The wine was really nice and the cocktails top notch. My only slight criticism was the service wasn't very friendly. The place comes across as fun and lively yet the staff seemed a bit disinterested and no banter. Will return but I hope the staff are a bit more fun next time !

We visited as a party of 4 with a table reserved. When arriving we found a pretty stressed owner and a nice, friendly youngster servant. Food was very good, atmosphere as well but we may not come back since we had a feeling of being less welcomed.

A friend of mine who visits South Africa regularly (and lives in Majorca) sent me a note and told me there was a South African restaurant in Falmouth getting great reviews, and maybe I should go? The timing was perfect, as we had family coming to Cornwall with us who also love South Africa. So on Friday evening we went... More

We are a family of 4, including 12 and 17 year old children. None of us knew what to expect as we have never eaten South African food. We were bowled over by this place. Had chosen it for our last night of holiday meal and hoped it would be good but it exceeded our expectations. We tried the boboti... More

I visited here with my Daughter and Son as they had loved the food on out visits to South Africa. Restaurant is cosy and authentically decorated. The fillet steak was amazing and complimented by a lovely Pinotage. Very busy and booking was essential even on a Tuesday in October! Will definitely be returning on my next visit to Falmouth

This was our last meal out during our 2 week Falmouth holiday. We were recommended to go here and thankfully we did. My wife had Hake and I had calamari both of which were excellent both in taste and presentation. Good fast service and I would definitely return.
