Visited today after walking past last night on our way back to the travelodge. Checked Tripadvisor and all looked good, got there at 9.15, sign on door saying opening at 9.30 today, no problem. Went for a wander and came back about 9.40. We ordered fairly quickly and waited about 40 minutes for a bacon butty and an English breakfast.... More

I'm not sure what to say, but this place is beautiful with great breakfasts, service and great people. I definitely recommend English Breakfast at this place. I only tried the vegetarian breakfast and I can say that Eggs are extra rich, toast and juice are fresh, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes are perfect. Generally the place is not cheap, but it... More

Lovely café with great food and drink. A bit pricey but the quality is certainly there. Worth finding as it is not on the main street.

Came across this Tea Room by chance and what a find. Lovely seating area at the rear of the building. Lots of choice on the menu, fab. looking cakes and d-lish coffee. The place is very clean and the staff are lovely. Can highly recommend.

Quirky little place with attentive staff and clearly good quality homemade produce. We had the afternoon tea for 3 people and the sandwiches were freshly prepared, the scones were still warm. The only suggestion I would have is to offer a selection of sandwiches rather that just the 1 type which made the offering a bit boring. Value was excellent... More
