Had a lovely few pints here and gin & tonic was served with care and attention. Lovely barmen who were very pleasant and supported our booking next door at Pasture. Nice atmosphere and one of the better pubs in Bristol.

Refurb is a big improvement but the lights are way too bright! Softer lighting would make this place feel a lot more cosy

Many thanks for the comment its very hard to find a balance with the lighting some thought it was to dark before refit, However we are trying to work on softer light bulbs in the future. Kind regards Andrew

Stopped here on the way back to Bristol Temple Mead. Place very popular with the after work crowd. interesting beer selection.
