Waited for over forty minutes before we were served our drinks and well over an hour before we had food. Staff were rude and did not seem bothered at all. To add insult they offered to take one drink off the bill for the chicken meal which was very poor. Will never go there again and have what would have... More

We ate quickly here the other night - sat outside and drank some lovely white wine - we got a carafe which is such a good options with friends if you don't want a whole bottle. The food came quickly, and the calamari was absolutely perfect - tender and well seasoned. We'll be back for sure!

Went on a Sunday evening , not from area so wasn't sure how busy would be on Sunday so booked on line. We turned up and saw group of four looking at the door talking then walked off, so we were confused when we saw closed on door. Because we had booked we stood there for few minutes and member... Super place to meet up for Sunday lunch with friends & family. Relaxed atmosphere, no background music thankfully! Even though this is a popular restaurant, we were never made to feel we had to eat up and leave. Enjoyable roast lunch. Just a small point, but a measure of the attentive service; much appreciated the jugs of water & lemon... More

We went there as a group of friends with some Italian friends visiting the UK. The welcome was effortless, informal and friendly by a very attentive young lady from New Zealand. We all went for the very well priced £18 3 course set menu which had a wondrous selection of food and desserts. My friends all went for the truffle... More

Dined on my own on a Sunday night and liked the look of the menu. Service was patchy, and it felt like I was forgotten on several occasions. The mushroom starter was tasty, but the main course trio of Roasts was average at best - the Roast Chicken only tasted of the chargrilling it been given, whilst the Cauliflower Cheese... More

After a wonderful movie at the Everyman, this was the perfect place to finish off the Sunday afternoon.

All went wrong from the start and what started a VERY long wait, we were booked in for 3PM, arrived about 5 mins early, but had to wait at the bar for nearly 10 mins whilst someone left the table we had reserved. The table was half set up (no knives / forks), after we managed to order, I would... More

A favourite of ours in Whiteladies, this is a friendly place with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent food. We went for dinner and had another great experience. It's particularly good for those with gluten intolerance, there's a broad mix of gluten free options and they're very tasty!

We recently visited for a hen party and had access to the function room. The food was amazing, very tasty and cooked to perfection. The waiting staff were highly attentive and are a credit to their managers. Nothing was too much trouble and really made for a very enjoyable and memorable evening.
