The food is cold. The manager is horrible. He took all the tips we gave to the staff. I really feel very bad for the staff working there. I asked them how much they get paid and it £6.00 an hour, below minimum wage ....This is digustingMore
Went to this restaurant as of advertisement of 2for1 on tastecard. Got there and he said they don`t do this offer and cannot understand why they on the list. (that is how they get people in) Then we are students so was entitled to 20%...discount also did not have that. so the restaurant actually made £15 extra on us.More
Wow, safe to say I’m very impressed by Namaste Nepal. The food had to be some of the most delicious curry I’ve ever had the delight of eating & it was of very generous proportions. The atmosphere and service was also second to none. Will...definitely be returning!More
Me & my bestfriend went to a concert next door and then thought to go to Namaste afterwards. Over the years we kept on driving past and forgetting. So we finally had the time to go and oh boy it was 5* alright! Customer Service...was excellent by Mr Mally who was so polite and friendly! The atmosphere and Chicken korma was just so perfect. We just felt so welcomed and its a place where you just want to come back again and again...and we will very soon :)More
We visited this restaurant for a friend’s birthday and the food was very good, particularly the chicken dishes which everyone commented was very tender however service is very slow, which is fine if you have time to spare which we did, so it wasn’t a...bother to us but I know that it could affect other diners experience. Food for quality was relatively well priced and portion sizes were very good and I would happily return. I had the thali with a chicken jhol curry and would recommend this.More
I was out in town catching up with a couple of mates last night and we decided to eat here as it was tucked away from the general hubbub of town.
We had the Nepalese starters mixed dish which had a nice variety, followed by...a traditional Nepalese curry, one of us having the vegetarian option and the rest having the lamb. Really tasty and spicy without being uncomfortably hot, and served in good time.
The service was fantastic, not pushy but very conscientious and polite. The manager opening the door for us as we left was a lovely added touch. Would definitely recommend on a weekday if you need a quiet place to eat.More
After a massive craving for Momos we decided to go in.
Well it was one of the best decisions we had made! Literally amazing, took us right back to our time in Nepal. The food was authentic and fresh and glad it didn’t come out...straight away as you could tell effort went into it. Was one of the tastiest meals I had had in a long time.
It was nice to be served by someone from Nepal and knew the places we had been and engaged in an informative chat about Nepal giving to the authentic experience.
I would highly recommend this place and look forward to our next visit.More
Incredible, after recently visiting Nepal we were after some food to remind us of our time there. What we had was amazing and matched that of the food in Nepal. We had momos and a Nepalese starter for two both brilliant and then curries for...main one Nepalese and one Indian and they were some of the best curries I’ve had in Bristol. To drink we had a mango lassi and a Gurkha beer. Looking forward to going backMore
