Unusual setting Business meal with three colleagues. Good selection of cask and craft beers on old barge. Excellent in summer with deck outside area for sitting and watching the water! Meals are good quality and reasonably priced. If you are a big party booking a table is advisable for evenings as Grain Barge gets busy! Friendly staff and good service!

Called in for lunch on our final day in Bristol before returning to Wales. On our previous visit, the spicy seafood stew was excellent, but this time we both opted for sandwiches of the open variety. I had chicken - a whole pan fried breast!! Enormous and very well cooked. Tuna stake for the boss, cooked nicely all garnished well.... More

Lovely beer (Bristol Beer Factory), try the Milk Stout. Sunday lunches are excellent as well as the food in the week. Pies are yummy.

A great place for lunch and then a stroll along the waterfront. I've also seen some great bands here and the pub quiz is great. Really nice atmosphere - classic Bristol.

My girlfriend and I have been here frequently over the last few years. On a sunny day it is lovely to sit on the top deck, and watch what's going on on the river. We have been here with family for Sunday roasts on multiple occasions and clear plates every time. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. There is a... More

Nice place for a drink afloat on the river or a bite to eat. Gets very busy in nice weather! Has a great range of Bristol beers. Pith they charge for contactless payment!

Enjoy sitting on deck in the sunshine and watching the world go by or enjoy a drink inside, looking out of the huge windows over the water. Great beer, decent staff and fantastic chips (which took a while to arrive but were worth the wait). Always an essential part of a stroll around the docks.

Came with friends to have a few drinks and had a lovely afternoon. Decor is cozy, views are amazing, beer is tasty, and staff is friendly. Will be back soon to try their food!

Unusual and quirky but good. We had a drink on the barge which was lovely overlooking the water, very relaxing. A relaxed atmosphere, great staff and a must place to pop in to
