We really enjoyed our full English here - great quality and definitely ask for the homemade ketchup, it's delicious! Only small suggestion I'd have, if they ever read this, is to list what they include in the full English on their menu - it just...More

I love quirky places. And this hits the spot. Anywhere that can offer squirrel has my vote. I wish I could bring my dad here as he loves that kind of stuff. Please put rook pie on and I will HAVE to bring him!!!!!

Glad you enjoyed our menu. It is good to know there are so many adventurous eaters out there. Taking the time to review us on this website is also massively appreciated. So, off to get a bag of rooks for menu development.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. We take all feedback seriously, and appreciate the effort required. Our new menus are a little specialist, with squirrel and smoked eel taking the prime spots, and we can understand that they are not to everybody's taste....More

Tucked away in All Saints Lane in Bristol is the much-loved dining institution, The Rummer Hotel. This gorgeous, classic restaurant and cocktail bar is set inside a Grade II listed building, and with its forest green leather sofas, oversized open fire and historic cellar bar and dining room - the Hotel has a relaxed and welcoming home-away-from-home vibe. Perfect for weddings, group get-togethers and intimate dinner parties, The Rummer Hotel is independently run and the menu, created by a reknowned Head Chef, is filled with contemporary British dishes. The restaurant is popular on weekdays for brunch (don't miss the kedgeree or the The Rummer all-day breakfast) as well as providing a relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere for fine-dining in the evenings. A mind blowing array of fine spirits, and cocktail bartenders who know how to mix them, make The Rummer Hotel's cocktail bar one of the great classic bars, and a destination for cocktail lovers the world over.
