Whilst it might not look the plushest restaurant, I had a very enjoyable meal which was well cooked, promptly served and very tasty. There are plenty of specials on the board as well. If I am back in this neck of the woods again, it's worth a repeat visit

We made a last minute booking here on Saturday - lovely home cooked food and a good atmosphere. Some of the tables are a bit close together but they are set out in a way which still feels private. All of the staff were lovely and I genuinely couldn't fault them. The only caution is that if you eat late... More

It's Saturday evening, 10pm and we have just arrived at Bristol's Temple Meads station. Where to eat? Cue Trip Adviser and wow, an Italian restaurant about 200m away. The food was incredible as was the service. Would have reminded me of Italy in the 1950s, had I not been born in the early 60's. The specials were exceptional and explained... More

What a lovely restaurant, food and service were really good, definitely the best steak Diane I've had. It was a nice change from busy London restaurants, We will definitely be back.

Following a recommendation on Trip Advisor, we ate here on 23rd June 2016. The food was fabulous, lots of choice too. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helpful. We both started with mushrooms in a lovely sauce of white wine and cream, served with Ciabatta bread - gorgeous. Then I had the locally farmed veal, and my husband had... More

We arranged to take our Mum for her birthday here and the staff welcomed us back having been once before. They even remembered what we had eaten!!! The King Prawn thermidor dish is rich but oh my.... Outstanding!!! Selection of starters enjoyed by our group. Lovely wine and an all round lovely evening. Will definitely recommend and go back time... More

A good Italian restaurant. I was very lucky that a special was exactly what I was craving. The addition of a very tasty bread and butter made from panettone and amaretto. This was definitely the highlight. I was slightly dismayed by the seeming wish for the restaurant to close as soon as possible making my late (but still within opening... More

Just finished a lovely early evening meal at Don Giovanni's and I went here based on the very good feedback the restaurant was getting here on TripAdvisor. I went on for their 2 course early evening special meal. (Pate and cannelloni) the price is fair I would say as you do get an ok sized portion and to be sure... More

Stopped for an early dinner before a wine tasting evening as this was the nearest restaurant. Stuck with the early bird menu due to time restraints which was incredibly well priced, two courses for £9.99. Food was very good, lasagne and mozzarella in breadcrumbs. Will definitely go back when time is not a decisive factor and sample the main menu... More
