I'm a fan of good hot dogs, so was really looking forward to this one. After a pretty long wait, my Smokie Dog came in a cold (not just luke warm...actually cold) over-sized, dry and flavourless white bun. The hot dog was very dry as well, and had been on the grill for much too long. I had banana peppers,... More

Little place in Waterton, but a big meal. Hot dogs were great, and fun place to eat. Good place to go before a hike.

There is SO MUCH hype on TripAdvisor for this place that we had high hopes of a fantastic hot dog! Hubby and I both ordered the Smokie.....it was okay. The sweet potato fries were even a little on the done (burnt) side so they were just so-so. At 5 p.m., the kid was scraping the bottom of the barrel for... More

Stopped by Wieners of Waterton after the boat ride to Goat Haunt. I'm not much for hot dogs but my friends wanted to have a late lunch. I ordered the anti- dog made with falafel and it was great. There are many topping to choose from - I ordered hummus, carrots, lettuce and onions and got it in a lettuce... More

My wife and I were there a week and a half ago. We went for breakfast on day 1, loved Grandma Low's Cinnamon rolls and the glazed scone. Fresh squeezed Orange Juice (as in we watched it squeezed) and dome great tea. For dinner that night I had a Smokie. Ridiculously good smoked flavor. I am not a hot dog... More

We stopped on recommendation from Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. The Local Smokies hot dogs have to be tasted to be believed. $8 but very well worth it. Made locally, they are placed into fragrant, freshly made rolls baked onsite. Loads of toppings to go on them. A few other menu options including the Canadian classic poutine. Great staff.... More

Stopped by for lunch and was glad we did. Good beef smokies with fresh tasting bread. It was busy but they were fast at serving customers and are friendly. I would have given them a better rating except the "gluten free" option meant putting a smokie in a piece of lettuce not gluten free bread. Not nearly as tasty or... More

Who would have thought that a hot dog take out would have long line ups of people prepared for lengthy waits. This place has hit a niche and it works for them. They offer three favourites of hot dogs and it appears all three are equally popular. The service is exceptional, servers are friendly and move people through fairly quickly.... More

We were staying at the Wales and the young lady from the reception suggested this place. I was very doubtful about this place thinking that it maybe a juvenile taste. And to my surprise it was the best hotdog I have ever had. Top notch. I was very glad that I was wrong.

Had breakfast here before doing the Crypt lake hike and it was a delicious and great start to the day. Employees where very cheery even at 7 in the morning. One employee even took the time to come over and chat about our upcoming hike.
