This whole space is very impressive given the size of the town. Beautifully done. I was really inspired by the work of the local artisans, how everything has been decorated and laid out. Lovely, ambient spaces. Love the natural selection of candles and bath products. Excellent taste. Wonderful community gathering space.

If your in Port Hardy there is no better place to meet people, enjoy a good cup of coffee, home made soup, salads and sandwiches not to mention pastries.

So nice to find a good local coffee shop with good food offerings and free WiFi service to plan our brief stay in Port Hardy. Staff in shop upstairs were very helpful and put us in the right direction. Cafe inside entrance to book store below and upstairs to gift , clothing and jewelry.

I went for breakfast, but I'm vegan so eating out can be tricky. The girls were pleasant, made me a spinach and hummous wrap and a great coffee. I spent about an hour in their gift/book shop too. Great selection of titles! PrRu is lucky to have such a nice place to go! Only downside was that their craft/arts shop... More

Great atmosphere, friendly people, and really good coffee, teas and light lunch selection. Take a seat in the coffee shop, the gift and book store, or outside on a sunny day. Upstairs is a fantastic assortment of items created by local artists. Overall, this little coffeehouse is a hit with locals and visitors.

Stopped in on a drizzly afternoon for a warm-up coffee and treat. The coffee was very good and the cookies tasty! Nice, open and airy place to sit and enjoy. The bonus is the book-store that is attached to it. It is small, but has a wonderfully eclectic mix of books, and places to sit and sample the fare. Well... More

Cafe Guido offers a varieties of coffees to sip and home-made pastries to munch on. They also have different sandwiches & paninis to eat on the premises or to go. In addition to wifi, they have a fair collection of Canadian fiction worth perishing for purchase. Besides that, on a good day, you can sit outside and watch the rest... More

Visiting from Edmonton and thrilled to see a trendy little coffee shop and bookstore in such a small town. The coffee and tea were excellent, so we returned the next day for lunch. Had paninis and soup, which were both served hot and had great flavour. Quality of ingredients used seems high and hubby and I were both please with... More
