Visited this restaurant in September 23 Returned in April 24 last minute reservation on a Saturday evening told had to sit outside as they were fully booked. When we arrived the restaurant was empty and it was windy and cold at our outside table. We...were eventually moved inside after repeated requests to a table set up in a currently unused area away from the main dinning room, despite the restaurant being empty. Waiter was unwelcoming and impatient when questioned about the menu which was all in Spanish and made us feel rushed. However the food was as good as before but the poor attitude of the waiter was disappointing and spoilt what should of been a memorable evening.More

One of the top rated restaurants on the Canary Islands with mostly local dishes and also a lot of regional wines. You choose between half (medio/tapas) and whole (racion) dishes with enough to choose and good quality. Recommended dishes: goat stew, tuna carpaccio and the...rice pudding with cinnamon.More

A hidden gem, what a great find! We had the goats cheese, mushroom and onion pastry, Black pig pastry and the goats strew. All spectacular with incredible flavour profiles! We took the advice of our host and finished with something sweet with ‘two spoons’ and...had the Chocolate dome with chocolate mouse, this wasn’t as amazing as the rest of the food. Perhaps a different choice of desert.More

We had a great meal and were looked after so well. Service excellent, with particular care for our daughter when providing gluten free options. Every dish impressed - tasty and creative. Looking forward to a return.

I eat here quite a bit now that we're staying in Villaverde and it never fails to impress. the food choice is excellent. I've tried many dishes and have yet to find one I don't like. The service is very friendly and accommodating. I will...go back again and again and would recommend it to any foodies visiting the area.More

Lovely experience at Casa Marcos, food was great and service impeccable, strongly recommended. I started with hot aubergines , goat cheese and honey, accompanied with a dry white wine from Lanzarote, exquisite! Then goat meat and potato stufato accompanied with and bold red wine, the...dessert was a bit on the low side, but overall a good 8.More

Excellent food , although the menu is only in Spanish we managed fine with google translate. It’s best to book as one evening there was a queue outside waiting for empty tables.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal, stayed overnight in the adjoining accommodation. Everything was perfect. The breakfast served the next morning was also delicious with a great choice available. For a romantic rural night away this is the best choice in Fuerteventura. The staff are friendly, courteous...and Bruno is top notch!More

Went here last night for our first time and it looked fantastic. A rustic charm about the place, bright and airy and a lovely ambience to sit in. The waiters / service were very good indeed with a slickness that other restaurants should copy! They...sadly and for some inexplicable reason, don’t have the menus in English (or french/german etc) which is a first for us. However the head waiter placed a menu board on a chair for us to see and ran down the items written in Spanish in his best english. But by the time he got to the bottom of the list, we were non the wiser what was what! Anyhow we took a stab at two starters and two meals which were cooked well, but it could have been soo much better if they wrote in english underneath like others do for a better relaxed experience. Come on Marcus add detail in English as I’m sure you will get more English speaking clientele returning as its such a nice environment to ear in.More

Thank you for excellent food, perfect service and a first class experience. Tapas dishes are delightful, tasty and plentiful. Wine choice is also excellent. Dined here with Friends Kenny Roger’s and the night flew by with our any hickups, dishes came out at perfect intervals...and before we knew it, it was midnight. Thank you and we will be back. I was recommended this place by a friend and I’m so glad we decided to try it. They recommend three dishes, we tried the chicken salad to start which was sadly far to big for the two of us, we eat small portions! It was...beautiful, thin slices of chicken, cheese and a smoked dressing (Ensalada De Pollo Ahumado). The middle dish we chose several pieces of chunky fish in a coconut sauce with a small portion of white rice, stunning! (Tacos De Pescada Con Salsa De Coco). Our final dish was just sublime, a steak, done to your liking and already seasoned (Lomo Alto) served with peppers, mushrooms and little fried potatoes. The service was good and the restaurant was busy. We had a little bread and a large bottle of sparkling water and my husband had a glass of red wine, total 54€. You do need a car to get to this restaurant if you’re not staying in Villa Verdi but so worth the effort. Only one negative I agree with Pam C, it would be great if they had a board in English, we do know a little Spanish but it was hard to remember all the dishes as the waiter reads them out. That said this was our first visit but definitely not our last.More

Lovely restaurant and food staff helpful and pleasant, would have been better to have a menu with English translation to peruse and make choices rather than on chalkboard even though they read the list to you it’s hard to take everything in.

We came as a family group. Traditional menu, similar to other nearby restaurants. Layered aubergine dish was excellent. Great service and asthetic.
