Stayed in the cottage with the outdoor hot tub and it was incredibly romantic and secluded. The room was rustic and unlike any I've ever stayed in. The restaurant was quite old but breakfast was pretty good.

First, this is specifically for Amelia's Garden Restaurant. I have a separate review for the inn as well. We went to the restaurant on the second last night of Countylicious. I convinced two friends to stick behind for the dinner despite their long drive home. I had the reservation changed, but it didn't make it to the dining room. No... More

Husband and I came to dinner here at Amelia's garden I believe. Very nice dining room donned with linen tablecloths facing windows with multiple bird feeders. Gives an extra something to look at. The food was to our satisfaction except I found it to be slightly under seasoned. Better than over seasoned. We will return here for sure!

I've been to the waring house serval times now for weddings in the past few years .its a nice setting an venue but some things need to be changed .the chairs that are outside that you sit on for the ceremony are very out dated and tiny. Another is the Air conditioning in the building . It's nice once the... More

We have eaten at the Waring house several times now and it has been good both times. Food comes in a timely manner and is presented very nicely. Price points are average.

We had dinner in the main dining room of the Waring House a few years ago and had an excellent meal with great service. This time around on our way to Trenton we decided to try their Pub: the Barley Room. Being a nice day we went to the outside terrasse. We sat down at a four person table. Shortly... More

We visited Amelia's Garden for dinner during our anniversary weekend stay in Prince Edward County. Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were immediately brought to our table, overlooking a beautiful garden. It was only later that we realized that the decor was "dated", but the view made up for the room interior. We were offered a three course seasonal menu... More

We have never had such a bad meal. This pizza was a frozen pizza you buy at grocery store with a piece of chicken and a hot pepper on each piece. I would never go to this restaurant again.... should have went to a burger joint. Made me feel sick all day! Crap.

This very popular eatery can be very hectic during the busy summer tourist season. Our last two visits and meal have been pleasant , with great service and a good choice of both traditional pub food but also meals with the locally raised food. It was almost full, but our server was pleasant...efficient and knowledgeable. The food was good and... More

The food was fantastic! I enjoyed a mushroom pasta dish with the best sauce I have ever tasted! The atmosphere was fun and we enjoyed the live music. I would definitely eat here again.
