Best Food

If you want great service and awesome food, Guy's cafe is the place to go. I always order the daily soup and a sandwich which are simply great.

This used to be a really good cafe but since Guy branched out with more stores the cafe has gone downhill. There is always new staff who are constantly getting orders wrong and look so miserable. They clear.y have no interest in customers. Guy is a funny man but he is trying to do too much, and the food is... More

Ok, let me start by saying that the food is good here. The problem lies in the manager/owner and how he treats his staff in front of customers. It was appalling to see how he handled his staff when they made an error in another customer's dish. Yelling at them and making a scene in front of your patrons is... More

The moment we walked through the doors the smell of coffee and fresh bakery goods were over whelming. The various for a small cafe is amazing, would take a month to try everything. The coffee and bagels for breakfast was a great way to start our shopping day. And staff are very friendly. Paul and

These independently run community coffee/pastry shops are in the minority these days with all of the larger chains popping up. That said, Guy's is just excellent and should not have to worry about competing in this market, even though it is independently owned and operated. Their coffee is very good as are their cookies and pastries. I don't live in... More

from the homemade soups and breads, to the sandwiches that magically appear before your eyes, they make everything fresh and healthy. not a whole lot of gluten free, but a token couple of soups if you get there early enough.

I work in Cochrane on average 10+ days a month. Typical work time is in and out of Cochrane for preplanned and usually "timed" appointments. Therefore, I don't usually have much time for a lunch break. When I do give myself permission, it needs to be quick, not "flash speed quick" but quick. Therefore, service for my schedule needs to... This used to be THE place to get good soup and sandwiches but they got to big for their britches. Now it's expensive and lacking. I won't go here anymore.

Love the soup and sandwich choices, you don't have to order full meal if your not so hungry. Could be a line up at times.

I stopped here yesterday for breakfast and that was the best breakfast bagel I've ever had. Then I came today because the soup menu yesterday looked great. Around 10 different types of soup. I had the Wicked Thai Chicken and it was amazing! The Ruben sandwich I had with it was awesome as well all fresh ingredients...so delicious. To top... More
