This restaurant is one of the best I have visited. The staff were very helpful. The food was excellent. The fixed menu del funghi. We had a very generous portion of beautiful tagliatelle. The next course was salumi misti with fried mushrooms. We had schiaccata...vita. So tasty. We then had mousse with mascarpone and chocolate. It was a delicious meal and the house red wine was very moreish.More

Out of 10 I would give this place 5 or maybe 6. It's ok, but nothing that would make me want to go back. The surrounding place - camaldoli - is absolutely stunning, that's probably why I was eager and enthusiastic about going to Cafe...del Parco.., maybe I was expecting too much. The antipasto -,which was the affettati selection was quite minimum, just a few slices of cut ham and lots of bread. I had a soup which was ok. The service was 'quite present' which it didn't need to be. The overall experience, food, service and ambience was all average, in an extraordinary natural environment!More

Three days ago we had lunch here while exploring the area around Camaldoli, The lightness, crispness, taste, and texture of the bread combined with excellent ham and tomatoes has filled my thoughts for the past three days. Two hands to eat, bending low over my...plate so the delicate bread wasn't allowed to break and spill the filling. Heaven beyond my powers of description.More
