We were greeted by the chef's wife. Referred by the owners of the Ponderosa. Good service. I had the un-breaded schnitzel with mushroom sauce..tad too salty, but it may be my taste. 2 large pieces-tender. Good veggies. Skip the spaetzle. Do try the chocolate mousse-yum! Tiramisu good too.

We stopped here for lunch because of the reviews. We were not disappointed. The schnitzel was excellent. The spätzle was very good as well. Some nice big Swiss bells on display.

On our overnight stop at 100 mile house we had dinner at this restaurant. I had seen some good reviews on tripadvisor, so choose the Happy Landing. And i must say: the wiener schnitzel (full portion for a healthy eater off course) was the best I ever had outside Austria or Germany. If you want something else than burgers and... More

We spotted Happy Landing as we drove into 100 Mile from the south. It advertises biggest schnitzel in the Cariboo. After we checked into our BnB the owner told us it was closed and to try the Mexican or Canadian/German restaurant. Wanting schnitzel we drove back and Happy Landing is indeed open - we made a reservation and went out... More

They are known for their schnitzel and we were not disappointed. So large my friend and I shared. The chocolate mousse was a fantastic end to a great meal!

Haven't been for a while but the food is still absolutely wonderful. Homemade spaetzle and to die for the pork cutlets. It's always a pleasure to come in here they treat you like family but actually people that they like haha. It was quite busy when I was here.

The best place in town for a quiet romantic lunch or dinner. The food is excellent as well as the service. We come here often when we want a good quiet fresh meal
