This was probably our fifth visit in the past few years - we always have lunch here when travelling from Calgary to BC because the food is so good. If you're looking for healthy eats on the road, this is perfect. I had a huge salad with deep greens, avocado, cucumber, carrots, beets, pumpkin seeds and goat cheese - with... More

What a great surprise this was in this tiny town in Yoho National Park. The service was great as was the vegetable curry soup and the angus burger. Probably the best place to eat in the vicinity

We stopped in Field solely to dine at Truffle Pigs and check out the local pottery shop (The Velvet Antler). We were not disappointed, this was a highlight of our trip! The restaurant was quite busy but we didn't have to wait long to get a table. I had the pork belly tortillas which were delicious, I would just say... More

Unfortunately, you can't reserve a table here. Not sure why. It is just about the only show in town, so very busy. Our "hour wait" was actually about 15 minutes. The menu was varied and the food was excellent - with the exception of a disappointing dessert - please don't put a banana cream pie on a hard chocolate cookie... More

We have been staying at this hotel since 2001, every time we have had an opportunity to do so. It was a visit we looked forward to. It was a well maintained hotel, with friendly attentive service and good food. No more. We recently visited the hotel in September 2016. What a disappointment! The hotel is getting run down. The... Had dinner here and everything was wonderful. Nice pleasant surprise to find such a wonderful restaurant in a very small town. We made reservations and were glad. It's the only real restaurant in town (there is a café across the street) and there was a wait for those who didn't have reservations.

Our guesthouse manager recommended this place as a "Very good dinner", but it was an amazing dinner ! Not the type of place you'd expect in a tiny town - everything was so good, from the service to the drinks and the food ... highly recommended !

On a whim after our afternoon hike in Yoho we popped into Field. What a cute little town! We thought we would try to find a place just to have a beer and could not resist checking out Truffle Pigs after we saw the cute exterior of the building. We wandered into the dining room only to hit a not... More

Oh how we love our annual outings to this special, small Bistro in lovely, quiet Field. Went for lunch on a Monday near 1 pm...no wait but many were coming in as we left 45 minutes later. Worth the beautiful drive and close to many awesome attractions. This place would be worth the drive even if it was not near... More

We went for dinner twice and breakfast once and every meal was amazing and the staff were second to none. It gets very crowded so booking ahead is highly recommended.
