I didn't really expect gourmet dining in the Canadian Rockies. But this is it. Absolutely fabulous food. Everything - from appetizers to desserts. We sat outside on the patio which was lovely. Service was very good. The menu is unexpected. Everything was fresh and sourced locally. I would have eaten here every night if we weren't switching locations.

We stopped here after hiking and canoeing Emerald Lake. We only heard about this place because of TripAdvisor and we are glad we did. It is a lovely little place that serves amazing food and the owner is very nice. We ordered he flatbread and bbq tortillas. They were both outstanding and we will definitely come back here again.

Delicious, fresh and creative - my favorite things in a good restaurant. Truffle Pigs Bistro provides a lovely setting, distinctive menu and friendly staff. Food service is a little slow, but I do believe it is because they take their time crafting each dish. So allow yourself a little extra time when you go - it's so worth it.

We were here in March, but not really hungry, so had only a coffee and salad. But, we vowed we would be back. We arrived shortly after lunch time on a trip from Edmonton to Kelowna and easily found a seat. The patio was full, so we sat inside. My wife had the clubhouse and salad and I had the... More

Service seemed unorganized the night we came in for dinner. They did not want to sit us near the window since that was a table for 4 and we were only two. Long wait for our drinks, and then again for the food. Pork tacos were good but by the bottom of the plate became overwhelmed by the strong sauce.... More

Happened upon this place by accident. Decided to drive into Field off of the Trans Canadian highway and am so glad we did. A small un-assuming place that serves amazing food. I enjoyed the Pork nachos and my wife loved her salad. Well worth the visit.

A gem of a find! Had the steak and fries...delicious seasoned and cooked to perfection! My husband had the pork nacho's and they were an explosion of flavour as well as being delightfully different! My son had the pasta special and was raving about it and how the bread that came on the side was nice and crisp on the... More

We decided to visit this place after seeing good reviews online. We were not disappointed. For dinner we had a local ginger beer, the pork special, and a chicken dish. Every bite was excellent!! Come a see for yourself!

The food here is incredible along with the atmosphere. It was nice to get away from all the tourists and it felt like we were in a proper local which was just what we wanted. The staff were brilliant too.
