Great place for dinner, very pricey. You also need to make reservations. Good service as well. One of the best meals I've had in Mont Tremblant. It's one of the fancier restaurants in the village.

I dined here with my husband and some friends while on a ski trip. We loved the location and the view it had of the slopes, and the inside had a lot of charm and rustic character. I love the open kitchen and circular seating design. You do have to go up many stairs to get to the fine dining... More

We went to La Forge for a romantic dinner. Service was excellent, and the food was amazing! We had onion soup, Kobe beef, great wine. Yes it was super expensive, but I think it was worth it. Would come back.

I wouldn't recommand eating on site of the village. All the restaurants are basic and expensive. La Forge offer a variety of food such as sandwiches, pasta, salades, burgers, appetizers, nachos, etc., if you are on the lower level. Food is very average and doesn't standout to command the price they ask for. Service is painful. Decor is plain.

We grabbed a table outside right before the slopes closed to have a drink and poutine. The waitress seemed shocked we sat down and wanted to order. After finally getting a beer and poutine, they started pulling all the tables around us to the side and stacking chairs. The poutine wasn't good and the whole experience disappointing, especially since we... More

We dined upstairs in the steakhouse. Decor is beautiful - like a European ski chalet! The server was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had the oysters and the duck wing confit for appetizers. We all had the filet mignon and my daughter enjoyed a HUGE portion of rissotto. My husband felt that the filet mignon on bone was the best... More

The service was a bit off handed, not really geared for kids (although almost every table had kids). Food was ok, a bit underwhelming.

One restaurant, two experiences; the Bistro-Bar of La Forge offers a seasonal menu, with something for every taste, for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming and the bar is right in the middle of the big room… from which you can admire the mountain and ski slopes on one side and on the other, Place St-Bernard in the centre of Tremblant’s pedestrian village. On the second floor, The Grill of La Forge offers truly excellent cuisine. Specializing in meats grilled over maple-wood coals, it provides the charm of yesteryear both on your plate and in the luxurious décor of wood, leather and wrought iron that makes the atmosphere so warm and lush. An amazing wine cellar, awarded the the Prix Excellence from Wine Spectator (2 glasses) awaits you.
