Dahl soup was a highlight! Excellent coffee. Disappointing that gluten-free bread was not available for the sandwiches but the bread offered was good quality.

Food for the Heart... I have been stopping here occasionally for years, whenever I am in Edmundston it's a must. Consistently good food and service. The place is very comfortable to sit and just relax. The Dahl soup is excellent. If they have date squares, (Tues and Thurs, I believe), be sure to order one when you get your meal.... More

If we manage to pass through Edmundston anywhere near lunch time, we stop here. It's vegetarian and even my committed carnivore husband likes it. Great menu, good coffee, decent service and prices. Quaint local place. We like it.

This is a touch of the big city in a small city! Very good, vegetarian dishes. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and great coffee. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Edmundston, New Brunswick Canada

8 years of quality in an ever changing world...that is what Café Lotus Bleu offers. Feel right at home in a most organic environment...meet locals and travellers from afar and over an awesome double espresso (made to Italian standards) create the world you always dreamed of.

I live across the border and travel every couple of months to Edmundston. Lotus Bleu is usually one of my stops for lunch with a friend, unless it's on a Sunday or Monday, when they are closed. The vegetarian food is quite tasty especially on their bread from Quebec. Sometimes I get a vegetable pate sandwich, but this trip I... More

I live in bella Italia. Home of the Slow Food Movement and delicious, seasonal cuisine. But not so good for vegetarians, unless you want to restrict your diet to just pasta, risotto, local cheese and grilled vegetables (trust me, it gets boring after a while). I would travel from Italy to eat at Lotus Bleu! My dearest friend and fellow... More

Stopped in Edmundston on our way to Quebec City for a coffee and stumbled upon this spot. The barista was very kind and prompt, latte was delicious but the highlight was a hazelnut and chocolate croissant which I highly recommend.
