Welcome to the Bridge Bistro. We are an independent, locally owned restaurant, located on the highway and along the Elk River, with the most amazing views overlooking the beautiful Lizard Range. We are open 7 days a week, Monday - Friday, 11 am until 9 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 9 pm, serving breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner, drinks and desserts. We just had major renovations done, and feel confident that you will appreciate the new atmosphere we have created. Our menu features the regular favorites, such as salads, pizzas, quesadillas and burgers, but we also take pride in preparing other daily specials, vegetarian meals and sharing platters. From 5 pm daily, you can have a taste of

Had fish and chips at the bridge bistro. Tasty and pepper batter on the fish, good sized proper chip ( not shoestring French fries). Good value, very tasty, not greasy or soggy. I had several people in Fernie recommend it and I can see why....More
Had a great experience and everything tasted yummy where my picky eater cleaned up of the plate :) tried the potato skins with pork, chicken pot pie, clam chowder and they were all a hit. We also tried falafel wrap that was ok :(
The food was not hot, especially considering we were the first customers of the morning. The hashbrowns were greasy. The english muffin was not toasted, the spinach was not sauteed and the sauce was lukewarm. The food was fast but not well prepared. Very nice...More
Well placed for the bus from the slopes, we enjoyed a dinner here with very good food and excellent service. It looked rather uninspiring from the outside but was very comfortable and enjoyable inside.
This place tries too hard. I had chicken which was dried out. Roasted vegetables were good but nothing special. My husband had elk meatloaf and liked it. The service is very friendly (like everywhere in Fernie) but the food was just ok.
The decor is ok without anything special but the service was good and welcoming. The menu is interesting as it can go from chicken wings to Iceland cod which by the way is well prepared and very good! A nice restsurant without pretention that can...More

Good morning Alastair T!
Sorry to hear that you had cold feet during your visit. Thinking we were not the only ones trying to keep the heat up when we had the coldest week in Feenie in a long long time. Hope you will come...More
Overall good to very good to the point of getting crowded and noisy especially during high skiing season on weekends. The only downside is that it is on the main highway thru Fernie whereas the downtown core with old brick buildings offers an extra special...More
