Simply put the best breakfast ever. Ham bacon and beans are incredible - not to be missed! Worth the détour off the main highway busy on week-ends

Absolutely fantastic Canadian experience! Completely unique style of food a must visit if in this area of Canada. The fair is delicious though the portions are gigantic. Better to have a taste of a few things and share. The maple cured ham is really good as was the pea soup. Could have eaten much more but needs self control. Very... More

I visited this place with my fiancee and we enjoyed it to the fullest. It is built around a genuine local experience of tasting local products cooked in the same way that locals of the region and Quebec in general prepare their breakfasts. If you like pork, you will definitely like this place as most of its menu offerings are... More

Hands down the best breakfast in Quebec. Their country bread is wonderful, even better battered up and served as French toast! The homemade sausage and real smoked bacon are delicious, as are the smoked ham and cubed ham! A pig out paradise! Whichever way you order your eggs they are fantastic! Home potatoes are great and very well seasoned. I've... More

Yes, it is a bit crowded and often you have to wait 20 minutes to get a table, but the waitresses are the happiest on earth (sometimes a little too happy...), the ambiance is of a traditional wooden red and white table cloth kitch; you can draw pictures w colour pencils on the big paper on your table, while waiting... Friends of ours had mentioned this restaurant so when we spent the day in Val David, we decided to try it for lunch. The parking lot was packed and with good reason. I'm not an expert in traditional Quebec cuisine, but this is what I imagine it to be. The atmosphere is cozy and kitschy and the food was great.... More

Have being going there for years. Do not understand why Rotisserie is in front of name. It has always been Au Petit Poucet. It is on the old road to Tremblant where we had a cottage . Use to sell a fabulous smoked ham that you could bring home. I guess most people think of it as a breakfast/brunch restaurant... More

Ok you might need to wait for a good 30 minutes for the week-end brunch but not only this place is so funny, with its sugar shack ambiance, but the food again very traditional brunch quebecois style is generous and well priced. Even big eaters will have more than enough. I personally really enjoyed the cretons (spreading for toast made... More
