We came out for breakfast around 9 a.m. on a winter Sunday and had to wait 20 minutes for a table in this huge dining hall. While waiting, there is free coffee or hot chocolate (pretty watery stuff...you get what you pay for...)while browsing through their gift shop area. We were soon seated by a nice window table. The place... More

We stopped here on the way to Tremblant for lunch. I had the "Authentic Quebec Meal" which I found to be very good, especially the meat pie. The atmosphere was both rustic and pleasant, and the service was very good. I would come back again.

Went there this past weekend and it was absolutely delicious. The staff also went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience. The breakfast was so tasty and we loved the baked beans. Two thumbs way up!

Went here when on a weekend trip. The place was very comfy and cozy. I had wanted to go to a lodge or cabin like restaurant, and this was exactly it. For dinner I had some pea soup and a meat pie, and it was excellent! The meat pie came with a ketchup that was made in house and it... More

We drive here from Montreal to enjoy the best breakfast we have ever had. They also offer authentic Quebec meals such as delicious hams, tourtieres, beans, pouding chomeur, and ragout de pattes de porc et boulettes de viandes.

Fantastic place the best north of Montreal! Very good and "pure" Québécois Cuisine! Ham and bacon are awesome! Try la "Gauffre des sept lieux" and if you are hungry and need to spend time outside in the cold(ski or skate) try le "petit dejeuner de l'ogre"!!!

Loved this restaurant. Awesome bacon, fantastic local bread and great strawberry jam. Busy but worth the wait. 45 minutes outside Montreal with a lovely drive into the mountains. Friendliest staff.

Simply put the best breakfast ever. Ham bacon and beans are incredible - not to be missed! Worth the détour off the main highway busy on week-ends

Absolutely fantastic Canadian experience! Completely unique style of food a must visit if in this area of Canada. The fair is delicious though the portions are gigantic. Better to have a taste of a few things and share. The maple cured ham is really good as was the pea soup. Could have eaten much more but needs self control. Very... More
